Hi, this is Driller from Drillimation Systems.
The spring craze is already in full swing and we have some news for our players of Chuhou Joutai and those willing to play Chuhou Joutai 2. Let’s get right down to the point.
How is development on Chuhou Joutai 2 going?
Development has been going smooth and swift. The game is 66% complete. This means six out of the nine stages are done, with the main campaign 75% done. We happened to get stages 5 and 6 done a week early. If you follow our regular Screenshot Saturdays on Twitter and Instagram, you can see what we envision for the game. It’s funny to hear how we got three stages done in a single month.
We hope to get Chuhou Joutai 2’s development done by the end of May. We only have three stages left to go, and the main game with the exception of the achievements would be done in mid-May. Stage 7’s development is well underway, as the last two stages will feature the same bosses from the first game but with new attacks. We’re also releasing a new trailer for Chuhou Joutai 2 next month, so make sure you look forward to it.
It’s official. Drillimation Systems is leaving Mercyhurst University.
Mid-May also marks the departure of Drillimation Systems from Mercyhurst University, as seen in Drillimation Systems has Officially Voted to Leave Mercyhurst University. However, a few objectors are trying to obstruct the Prophet Driller’s First Amendment right to make this decision. While he is willing to accept the fate that comes with it, he is defying the objectors’ orders to stay. As a 21-year-old adult male, it is his legal right to do what he desires (not counting criminal acts). You can join the fight to stop the objectors from making his life like Nineteen Eighty-Four.

That’s all, players
Have a good day. It’s a shame we never got to do an April Fool’s prank this year, but we hope we’ll do one next year! If you want to support Drillimation, make sure you subscribe to our Patreon! If you subscribe, you’ll get a free Steam key for the first Chuhou Joutai!
