I wasn’t really active over the past two weekend because I was playing the first part of the Expansion Pass for Pokémon Sword and Shield. The second was trying to get all the new spirits for the newly-released fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

The pandemic has sure changed a lot of things. We had no E3, just a bunch of smaller individual directs and such. The Olympics got postponed for another year because of this. Normally I would be in the Galar region (United Kingdom) at the time of its posting, but I’m not there. Next year I will. There’s some very important things coming:

My brand new gaming workstation will be built this month

I finally got the funds for building my new gaming workstation, and I will buy them today. Selling software is my only legal method of making money. This will probably be the last days for my laptop as I move into a new era of computing. Normally I would get a new PC typically every four to five years, but I want a custom built machine like my brother does.

Drillimation on YouTube is moving to a Brand Account

As Drillimation expands into a brand that people can recognize, we have been forced to move Drillimation to a Brand Account on YouTube. Brand Accounts give us more flexibility when choosing our name. According to a question I asked, to file a DMCA takedown you have to have a passport as Google is known to ask for government ID when doing all sorts of legal stuff. I had to do that too when I was creating my Steam developer account, as you have to prove you aren’t a robot. Not proving can get you into legal trouble for perjury. My passport was on its last legs when is showed it to Valve, and I was only 15 when I received it back in 2015. Ultimately, my application was approved and it cleared the way for Chuhou Joutai to reach Steam.

Where’s the Story of Eastern Wonderland Demake?

It’s coming. We’re waiting until GameMaker Studio 2.3 releases once it comes out we will definitely begin. We will make a new simplified engine to create the game and will also be used to test the engine for the upcoming Chuhou Joutai game for next year. Following the realistic switch, the Highly Responsive to Prayers demake will get a major update to reflect the new style.
