Drillimation Will Not Be Livestreaming For the Next Two Weeks

Drillimation Systems performed their last livestream on November 12, 2021, and will not be streaming for the next two weeks, and for good reason.

For those who have not seen the Twitter banner or in some cases Monthly Updates November 2021, a new Pokémon adventure is expected to begin on Friday, November 19, 2021, and the Prophet Driller will need to dedicate some time to playing it. He will not be livestreaming anything from it.

A new Pokémon adventure is released nearly every year. Ever since 2013, the games have released worldwide on nearly the same day, with stints in 2015 and 2020. Our Prophet can is said to be a Pokémon master, having memorized most of the game’s mechanics and nearly every single Pokémon in existence.

The Prophet partially had to go back in 2020 to play the Expansion Pass for Pokémon Sword and Shield, which released two years prior. That game marked the start of a brand new generation, and next year will likely mark the start of another generation as well! We don’t know where it may be set. The first four generations were set in Japan, while V and VII were set in the US, being New York and Hawaii respectively. Generations VI and VIII were set in Europe, being France and the United Kingdom respectively. Sure, the games have had some real-world locations represented in in-game text as shown in DYKGaming videos.

The spin-off games have been set in other locations as well, with Colosseum and XD set in Arizona in the US, and the Ranger games set in Japan as well. We don’t know what may await us in Generation IX.
