Drillimation is proud to announce the gears of Chuhou Joutai 3 are starting to spin. As of this writing, the game is currently on the tutorial stage of development. As expected, Megumi Wasai, who appears in the tutorials for the first two games, will reappear in Chuhou Joutai 3 but will sport a different outfit which will be unveiled on Twitter and Instagram on Friday.
Development on the final Touhou Project NES demake, Mystic Square, will begin in April. While the graphics and engine for Chuhou Joutai 3 are being prepared and hope that the first four stages will be done in time when that game begins full development. To save time, the same engine from the Lotus Land Story NES Demake will be reused.
