Hi, this is Driller from the administration team.
Whoa boy. I can’t believe we made it to the end of yet another year. This year was supposed to be the year normality would be restored, until the Omicron variant of the accursed coronavirus showed up. Anyway, that virus won’t stop the Prophet Driller from his normal production schedule as he had just gotten his booster over the Thanksgiving Day weekend.
If you look at the card above, we can say that winter is already looming among us in the Northern Hemisphere. But for those in the Southern Hemisphere, welcome to your summertime. Regardless of which hemisphere you live in, December is almost always the most wonderful time of the year thanks to Christmas, if you don’t get tired of seeing the Hershey’s Kisses Christmas Bells ad that plays ad nauseam during the holiday season in the United States.
We don’t have much to say on how 2021 will close out. You might have to wait until next month when the fourth year of the Reiwa era, 2022, is rung in. But we can tell you that production on the fourth Touhou Project NES Demake, Lotus Land Story, won’t be out until February 11, 2022. We are choosing to wait until January before we can release the trailer for it.
Another thing we want to say is that Drillimation Systems has been selected as publisher for the Steam version of Touhou Tenkijou. We don’t know on when a release date will be as the game is still in development. It is an RPG Maker game being developed by Akira Akagi Games, a doujin circle based out of Vietnam comprised of just one programming prodigy at fourteen years.
The last thing I want to say is the soundtrack for that “mystery game” is more than halfway complete, with 13 songs that are stuck in development.
