BREAKING: Disaster declared at Drillimation Systems following three power failures

Drillimation Systems today officially declared a disaster emergency after three outages struck Drillimation over the weekend.

Drillimation is imposing a mandatory curfew tomorrow at Eastern Daylight Time before electricity can be restored. Power is still out as of this writing and no estimated time frame can be restored.

Reports made to Penelec, the company responsible for providing Drillimation’s electrical utility, said a wire blowout was the cause of those outages. The first outage happened on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 3:30 PM. This outage lasted an hour and a half before a second outage occurred the same day at 10:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time. This outage lasted through the night and was not restored until 7:00 AM the following day.

A third outage occurred on September 27, 2021 at 1:30 PM. No estimated time frame can be given on when this will be restored, but Drillimation will impose a mandatory curfew tomorrow. This outage could again last through the night.
