On Saturday, January 23, 2021, Drillimation Systems is returning to Mercyhurst University after a two-month hiatus. This period saw the start of development of two projects at Drillimation Systems: Chuhou Joutai 2: Pariaded! and White Javelin.
Drillimation Systems staff was also mandated to have a COVID-19 test prior to their return, and will be allowed back into the studio following a negative test. Staff who test positive will be banned from entering until they are no longer contagious. In addition, staff who either facilitate or allow their roommates to return without the university’s approval will be subject to conduct proceedings. It should be noted that failing to adhere to the university’s COVID-19 prevention rules could face suspension or expulsion from Drillimation Systems.
All COVID-19 tests were to be self-conducted. The package would be required to be returned the same day the test was conducted. If the result from a single patient comes out positive, that patient will receive instructions detailing on what to do next, and they will also be temporarily banned from coming to campus.
