Aftermath of Chuhou Joutai 1’s events in local Kozankyo news

After stage 1

The Daily Bunbunmaru:

Landmine attacks by SPASDOT are already starting to become common enough in Kozan. While attacks like these are rare in major cities like Kozankyo, that is what happened yesterday when an 11-year-old girl trained by the group detonated one in the eastern part of the Kojokawa ward in Kozankyo. The explosion shattered windows of adjacent homes near the blast site and the assailant was wounded by two members of a brand new cell of the Kozanese Royal Defense Force called The Unforgettable. One of the other attackers fled the scene on foot before police showed up. An eyewitness questioned us why somebody would make the normally quiet Suzu Valley neighborhood within the ward an acceptable place to detonate a bomb. The KRDF has also been sent in to help with and pay for the cleanup.

KBN This Morning:

The Suzu Valley neighborhood in the eastern part of the Kojokawa ward of Kozankyo had their lunchtime disrupted yesterday when a young girl reportedly detonated a mine within the normally quiet neighborhood. The windows adjacent to the blast were shattered. Nobody but one of the assailants was injured in the attack. A landlord within the neighborhood told Kozankyo police that the attack was purely intentional. One of the members of a brand new cell of the Kozanese Royal Defense Force told us:

“It was crazy as heck, and Hearthcliffe must’ve been plotting to take me out.”

The report is also urgent as Hearthcliffe, the one responsible for the murder of Hikari Uchida back in 2000 was finally spotted by the KRDF.

Again, I am now the victim of yet another crime committed by SPASDOT. Those Crimsonites vandalized my windows and now Hearthcliffe is unable to stand a hard-working Japanese-American KRDF member.

Some random witness

Thanks again for attacking my life! SPASDOT will pay for getting on my face for making that dumb move in our neighborhood.

Kagami Ochiai

Well, looks like you can blame that ‘Driller’ for blowing your chance at trying to eliminate him. I will be withholding your commission, and that money will go towards repairing Amy Fawkes’ machine!

After stage 8

The Daily Bunbunmaru:

A stronghold that was spotted at the tip of Ahoge Peninsula came crashing down as militants from the Kozanese Royal Defense Force cell The Unforgettable reportedly planted numerous bombs within the stronghold and detonated them all at once. Kozanese Royal Defense Force soldiers have been at the site as of this morning cleaning up the damage caused by the building’s collapse. Members of SPASDOT are still trying to figure out what may have caused the collapse in the first place. Rebuilding costs for SPASDOT are estimated to cost between one to three hundred thousand ingots.

KBN This Morning:

In another important story this morning, the Kozanese Royal Defense Force has concluded that a SPASDOT stronghold spotted at the tip of Ahoge Peninsula has collapsed. The attack was ordered by the Kozankyo Police department and an impostor of Fred Fawkes was killed in the collapse. Very little information is available at the time.

Another job well done, Susumu Takajima and Kagami Ochiai. Our goal? Destroy every stronghold owned by SPASDOT.

KRDF

I’ve had it with the KRDF. Had I took my mid-life crisis out of the gym, I would’ve slept in that stronghold if I were the impostor.
