For most of us, sleep is an important aspect as a way to shed off the tough luck from the previous day and start anew the following day. I refuse to go anywhere without it.
There were multiple instances where days lasted more than 24 hours. This includes international flights that cross multiple time zones. When you go east, you skip hours and land at whatever time your destination is. When you go west, your day lasts longer.
That said, I am not an all-nighter. I sleep when it comes time to.

Sleep is a privilege, only lucky ones with a calm mind and peaceful soul can truly sleep, so, I totally agree, for most restless n scheming minds barely do. I take sleep as a reward for being a decent human, especially in the world we are in right now.
