Backstory
Kaori Hosokawa will be the stage 1 boss in Touhou Meijinka ~ Song of Divine Tempest. Hosokawa is the Angelus of the Archangel Barachiel, and is the adoptive daughter of the House Hosokawa, renowned for their literature. Because of her close associations with Raiko, she has chosen her as one of the successors to the role of the Leader of the Narukamites.
She is present at Raiko’s concert to spread good will to the audiences through her blessings, as well as warding away intruders.
